We’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat to talk about your health goals, current challenges, and lifestyle. It’s a great chance for me to learn about your needs and explain how I can help you on your health journey.

Step 2: Book Your Initial Consultation

When you’re ready, you can book your first full session online at a time that suits you. After you’ve booked, I’ll send you a Health Questionnaire (and a food diary if needed) to fill out before we meet.

Step 3: Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

This is our deep dive. We’ll go through your health history, symptoms, diet, and lifestyle in detail. Together, we’ll set clear goals and create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to kick-start your journey.

Step 4: Follow-Up Consultations (2 sessions, 60 minutes each)

About 4–6 weeks apart, we’ll check in to see how you’re doing, tweak your plan if needed, and work through any new challenges that pop up.

Step 5: Coaching Calls (2 sessions, 30 minutes each)

You can book these shorter calls anytime during the programme for quick support, whether it’s advice on a symptom or help building a new habit.

Step 6: Ongoing Support

I’m here to support you throughout the whole programme with email check-ins, resources, and guidance to keep you motivated and on track.
