I work one-on-one by offering a flexible, supportive structure designed to help you feel better in your body, gain confidence with plant-based eating, and support your health in a way that’s both personalised and sustainable.
Whether you’re fully plant-based, transitioning, or simply wanting to eat more plants and feel good doing it, this three-month framework gives you the space, structure, and support to figure out what works for you.
Maybe you’re tired of feeling bloated or sluggish. Maybe you’re confused about what to eat to support your energy, mood, hormones or mental focus — or you’re doing all the “right” things but still not feeling your best. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle to create a nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your body and goals. You’ll get realistic guidance, personalised meal planning, and ongoing support — so you can take small, manageable steps that lead to real, long-term change.
Why three months?
Lasting change takes time. Three months gives us space to build the foundations, work through challenges, and make thoughtful adjustments along the way. It also allows your body time to replenish key nutrients and recover from any wear and tear caused by everyday life or past experiences.
Some improvements you might notice quickly, but many changes, especially those related to digestion, hormones, energy, and overall balance, take time to develop as new habits form and your body adjusts. This timeframe helps us see what’s working, what needs tweaking, and how your body responds, so the changes you make are effective and sustainable for the long term.
What you’ll receive as part of your 3-month package

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
A detailed assessment of your health history, current symptoms, diet, and lifestyle. We’ll set meaningful goals and create a clear, personalised action plan to get you started.
2 Follow-Up Consultations (60 minutes each)
Scheduled roughly 4–6 weeks apart. We’ll review your progress, adjust your plan, and support you as you move through the programme.
2 Coaching Calls (30 minutes each)
Bookable at any time during the three months. These shorter calls are ideal for troubleshooting — whether something in your diet isn’t sitting right, you’re struggling to stay consistent, or you just want to check in on a particular topic (like “This food is making me bloated — what should I do?”)
Personalised Nutrition + Lifestyle Plans
After each consultation, you’ll receive a clear, tailored plan designed just for you. This isn’t a generic handout — it’s a step-by-step guide that takes into account your goals, health history, and lifestyle. Think of it as your personal roadmap, giving you realistic actions you can start using straight away.
Custom Meal Plans (If appropriate)
Food should feel both nourishing and enjoyable. If meal plans would support you, I’ll create one (or more) that’s built around your tastes, preferences, and nutritional needs. These are flexible, practical plans designed to fit your lifestyle. They’ll give you inspiration, confidence, and clarity around what to eat day-to-day.
Supplement + Functional Testing Recommendations (if appropriate)
Sometimes diet alone doesn’t tell the full story. Where it’s helpful, I may recommend supplements or functional testing to uncover deeper insights into things like digestion, nutrient levels, or genetics. I’ll only suggest what’s truly relevant to you, and I’ll always explain what each option means, so you can make an informed choice.
Email Support between sessions for brief questions or check-ins
Change doesn’t just happen during our consultations — life happens in between. That’s why you’ll have access to me via email for quick questions, check-ins, or reassurance. Whether you’re unsure about a food, need encouragement, or want to celebrate a win, I’ll be there to support you between sessions.
